You should block anywhere from 1 day to 2 days for your retreat. Jay and Wendy Papasan make this a weekend event, and we have some people who are able to fit this into 1 day. You are welcome do to what works best for your schedule.
Once you're at your retreat, this course is designed to facilitate your retreat, just as if we were in the room with you. There will be short video lessons that give you the training you need, and then you will implement.
The total training can be consumed in a few short hours, and the majority of your time will be invested implementing the training in between lessons.
You will get the most out of this course if you treat it like a virtual guide. Watch the video, implement the training, and repeat.
